POM Rods with PTFE Additives Enhance Lubricity for High-Friction Bearings

POM-H+PTFE rods, incorporating Teflon fibers into homopolymer POM, offer significantly improved sliding properties for high-performance bearing applications.This modified grade retains most of POM-H's mechanical strength while providing lower friction and reduced stick-slip behavior. The material is particularly suited for bearings requiring minimal lubrication, where it demonstrates excellent wear resistance and minimal creep. POM-H+PTFE rods are increasingly specified for automotive suspension systems, industrial rollers, and textile machinery components.
